Job Description: Location: Home (own PC and broadband internet connection required) Salary: £6.00 per hour Hours: 4pm to midnight, 40 hours per week Description: GameAccount, the UK’s largest online gaming network is seeking a new Chat Moderator to join our Customer Services team to help us grow our business further. If you are a bright, helpful, friendly individual with a good sense of humour, we’d love to hear from you! Candidates should be positive, enthusiastic, highly motivated and also have energy, enthusiasm and imagination. Being familiar with casino/gaming terminology is ideal although not essential. Experience in a bingo environment or similar would be advantageous. Outstanding communication skills with excellent written and verbal English are a must. You will also be required to work on bank and public holidays as required. *Please note: GameAccount is not a Bingo site. *Also due to existing legislation regarding online gaming/gambling in the USA, we are unable to offer this position to US Residents at this time unfortunately. Duties will include: • Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere within our Multiplayer Lobby. • Hosting the chat room and generally entertaining players • Running chat games, tournaments and quizzes • Monitoring tournaments and promotional games • Providing first-line customer support and advice on games, Tournaments and chat. • Referral of customers to our Customer Services team and/or FAQ/Help pages for additional help required. • Preparation of shift reports for the Customer Services team
UK CM’s Needed for Part-Time Shifts

Job Description: In search of CMs who must live in the UK. Must be flexible, dependable and willing to work weekends. Part-time positions are available to be filled immediately. Excel knowledge is needed; however CM experience is not a requirement. Main duties include being responsible in working your shifts, running chat games, reporting to Chat Manager and assisting players when needed. All possible hires are taken through the basics of our excel sheets to determine their ability to perform the job. If you are interested and meet the requirements, please respond.
